Dear all,
My name is Jolan Dishno and I'm from a little town in south-central Wisconsin and I plan on going to Costa Rica for 5 months this upcoming spring with AFS Intercultural Programs. I want to study abroad to learn more about the culture and language. Also, I want to learn many languages and fully immersing myself into a language is the best way to learn. I hope to become better in speaking Spanish and have a better understanding of other cultures and how the rest of the world lives. This trip will change my life because I will experience a culturally different part of the world and appreciate the influential impact of another country.
To be able to go to Costa Rica for 5 months, I need support in raising $10,500. This money goes towards my tuition and does not count as extra costs that I will need during the exchange. I am motivated in raising enough tuition and going to Costa Rica but I need as much help as I can get. To sponsor my AFS program, please click the Donate Now button to make a non tax-deductible contribution directly to my AFS program account. Thanks!
